What the service does

You upload documents. The system indexes them and answers questions from them, over the web, Telegram, LINE, or a widget on your site. It cites what it used, and refuses when your documents do not cover the question.

What it does not do

It is not a search engine, a general assistant, or a source of advice. It only knows what you give it. Answers are generated by a language model and can be wrong or incomplete even when the underlying document is right — check anything that matters before relying on it. Do not use it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

Your side

You must have the right to upload what you upload.
You are responsible for what your assistant tells your customers.
Do not use it to mislead people about whether they are talking to software. Every assistant discloses that it is automated; do not remove that.
Do not upload other people's personal data you have no basis to hold.

Limits

The free tier is 100 MB of indexed text and 300 replies a month per workspace. Both are enforced. Reply caps exist so a busy month cannot produce a surprise; when a cap is reached the assistant stops answering rather than continuing to spend.

Availability

This runs on one machine. It is not built for life-safety or mission-critical use, there is no uptime guarantee, and there may be maintenance without notice. Keep your own copies of anything you upload — the originals should never exist only here.

Ending it

You can delete documents at any time; deletion removes the file, its index entries and any cached answers drawn from it. Ask at [email protected] to close an account and we will remove its workspaces. We may suspend a workspace that is being used to break these terms or the law.
